Hi
friends at Long outfitters. I just wanted to thank you for our great
fishing trip this past Friday. I had so much fun and so did my husband.
The catfish experience is one that I will remember the rest of my life
as will the nickname “Catfish Hunter”;. Another reason that I am
e-mailing you is my husband is interested in either a hunting trip with
deer and with Turkey but he can only do a 3 day hunt because of work and
if you do anything like that. He would like the rate for that and for
any info on lodging and his cousin maybe coming for one of those hunts
too. We would also like to purchase those 2 T-shirts please send us the
info or we can do it with credit card or however we can handle it. Thank
you again and you will be seeing us in the future but probably my
husband first. Take care.

Outfitters certainly demonstrates professional knowledge of the local
area. For me its a very convenient way to hunt one of my favorite
animals, black bear. The healthy population of the Shenandoah black
mountain bear combined with the opportunity to hunt deer and turkey this
time of year make for a great service that Long's provides; especially
for someone out of state that does not have the time to scout and learn
the local public areas. Patricia & Tom are gracious hosts and the
Pumpkin hill lodge is an excellent getaway for all types of people. It
is a good starting point for all that the Shenandoah Valley has to
offer.

Hunting
with you and Chad was the best trip I had in all my years of hunting
Your enthusiasm of the outdoors helped me better understand the woods
and the game I was hunting. The 8 point 200 pound buck capped the trip
for me. Appreciated so much your professionalism and hospitality that I
plan to return next year; I have hunted many places, but none compared
to Pumpkin Hill. And I did not have to travel far, which gave my
wife an opportunity to visit while I was hunting She enjoyed the stay
and now has a better appreciation for the outdoors and purpose for
hunting.
Comparing
my other hunting trips, you provide the best guides; I commend your
assistance, Chad for his outdoorsmen skills and his professionalism.
He is a polite well manner young man I can truly say that I enjoyed the
entire 5 days of the hunting trip and have recommended to my hunting
friends that Longs Outfitter is the best choice for hunting in Virginia

My
son Zack and I had a great time hunting starting with bow season and
going thru rifle season. I saw many bears and was impressed with the
tree stand layouts. The archery season was the most exciting with the
amount of bear activity seen at this time of year. Will be back for the
opening day of archery 2007. Had a great time and the food and
accommodations made for a memorable time for my son Zack and myself.

My
Spring Turkey hunt with Long Outfitters was awesome. The cabins were
beautiful, the guides extremely knowledgeable and the overall atmosphere
and service was excellent. Bagging a 20 pound gobbler on my first day
capped off a truly tremendous hunting experience.
